Shaping Healthy Minds Online is a unique package of offerings (including Units of Work) supporting all primary year groups from FS2 to Y6. As UK leading Yoga in School Specialists (Primary School Teachers and Fully Qualified Yoga Teachers) our only focus is Yoga (nothing else!)... you can learn more about us here.

Online Yoga & Mindfulness Units (FS2-Y6)
Detailed Lesson Plans and Lesson Delivery Slides with progressive objectives throughout. Our helpful videos are delivered by qualified Primary School Teachers and Children’s Yoga Instructors* with many years' experience of teaching Yoga & Mindfulness in schools. Sessions are really easy to deliver and require no experience of yoga or additional resources, essentially all the poses are taught by us!

Yoga & Mindfulness in the Classroom / Yoga at Your Desk - Mindful Moments
Online Yoga & Mindfulness videos & displays to provide short ‘brain breaks’ for the children. Practise anytime, before, during or after classroom learning activities to help children release stress and increase their concentration and focus for learning.
Online Yoga Videos for Teachers
Adult Yoga Videos for Teachers to practise regularly together at school, or at home in their own time, specifically designed for Teachers - tackling key areas such as stress, back problems and tension in the legs and feet.

Designed to fulfill the new PSHE Statutory Curriculum, our Units actively encourage children to recognise and, where appropriate, talk about their emotions. We address areas such as:
